Members and their records
Every member has a profile with their plan, expiry date, dues and documents. Import your existing members from a CSV file (up to 5,000 rows at a time), or add them as they join.
Memberships, renewals and freezes
Sell a membership plan with discounts, offer codes and a registration fee. Expiries are tracked automatically and collected in a renewals list. A member who is travelling or unwell can freeze a membership, and the unused days are given back when it is unfrozen.

What is gym management software?
Gym management software handles the daily work of running a gym: member records, membership plans and renewals, attendance, reminders, payments and reports. FITRON adds full accounting to it, so the front desk and the books share the same data.
Can I move my existing members into FITRON?
Yes. Import members, payments, expenses, products and assets from CSV files. The importer matches your columns, checks every row in a preview before anything is saved, and tells you how many rows it skipped.
Which door and biometric devices work with it?
Devices from ZKTeco and eSSL that use the ADMS push protocol. This comes with Professional and Enterprise.

Can a gym with several branches use it?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan: members, invoices and expenses are kept per branch, and you can look at one branch or all of them together.
